From the outset, Sactionals were intentionally designed so that, should wear and tear occur, specific pieces can be replaced or maintained. You'll never need to buy a brand-new couch. It's this design methodology that sets us apart.

Sactionals Inserts are thoughtfully engineered with standardized parts and replaceable components to make restoring and repairing easy. Because of this, most Covers are machine washable. And if something should happen that's beyond repair, each piece or Cover can be individually replaced, extending the life of your couch.

We practice what we preach and we want our customers to know it. It's important that we establish and cultivate long-lasting relationships based on quality and trust. In order to accomplish this, we set the bar high for manufacturing and quality control.

We guarantee that Sactionals hard Inserts can last a lifetime. But if our manufacturing practices don't live up to that promise, we'll work to replace those hard Insert pieces at no cost to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sactionals.

We understand that styles and times change, and we believe that your couch should be able to change right alongside. That's why we developed our Covers to be easily swapped out. And not just for the cushions or pillows, for the entire couch.

Because Covers are fully changeable, you never have to be married to one style. Changeable Covers have additional benefits too - like being machine-washable and easy to replace should one become damaged, extending the life, and look, of your couch.

With its Geometric Modularity and Segmented Bi-Coupling Technology, Sactionals were designed with the ability to reconfigure to any new shape and fit together perfectly - without tools. Our Shoes and Clamps keep everything held together tightly and securely.

Sactionals truly are the only couch that's "one size fits all." You can go from a loveseat to a Movie Lounger, to a multi-piece sectional that lines your entire wall. Moving to a new space also becomes a lot less challenging.
